ARTillery is currently seeking vendors to participate in the Allied Arts Holiday Extravaganza, an event designed to provide local artists with one last venue to sell their work before the holidays arrive! We are looking for energized and motivated artists who produce quality objects for sale including but not limited to ceramics, jewelry, photography, painting, printmaking, sculpture and wearable items.
The event is taking place in the Skye Bar space at the South Campus Gateway on Saturday December 12, 2009 from noon to 6 pm and Saturday December 19, 2009 from noon to 6 pm. Vendors have the option of participating in either of the sales or both.
There are two options available for vendors interested in selling:
Option 1:
- Accepted vendors will receive an 8ft x 6ft space in which to sell work.
- One 8ft banquet table and chairs will be provided. Vendors are responsible for table linens and displays.
- Vendors may choose to sell either December 12 or December 19 for $40, or vendors may sell both dates for a reduced fee of $60.
- Deadline for applying is December 5, 2009. Vendors will be notified of acceptance. At that time, accepted vendors will receive detailed information regarding fee payment, set up, and event scheduling.

Option 2:
- Vendors sell their work through ARTillery at a 30% commission rate. There is no additional fee.
- Vendors choosing this option do not need to be present at the event.
- Accepted vendors must drop their work off to ARTillery no later than 7pm on December 10, 2009.
Deadline for applying is December 5, 2009. Vendors will be notified of acceptance.
- At that time, accepted vendors will receive detailed information regarding work drop off.
